Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) is seeking applicants with strong customer service experience for full-time drivers. PA Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brake Endorsement required. Must be able to pass D.O.T. pre-employment physical and D.O.T. drug and alcohol testing.

RRTA offers an excellent benefit package along with a starting rate of $26.71.

FULL-TIME DISPATCHER

Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) is seeking a reliable, Full-Time Dispatcher. This position is responsible for the daily dispatching and scheduling of passenger vehicles and bus operators in support of RRTA’s transit operations.

The successful candidate must be able to assign and monitor driver assignments, provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. A working knowledge of the Lancaster County area is required, along with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Computer skills are required, and experience with two-way radio communications is a plus. Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, as well as experience working in a union environment, are helpful but not required.

This position is for 1st shift, working Monday through Friday, 3:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
