If you receive Medical Assistance from the Department of Welfare, you may be eligible for transportation to medical appointments on Red Rose Access. Passengers who receive medical assistance and are able to ride RRTA buses are eligible for a bus pass when they ride to medical appointments on the regular RRTA bus system.
Medical Assistance Transportation ApplicationIn addition to filling out the Medical Assistance Application, if you have a disability that prevents you from riding RRTA’s regular bus routes and are under 65 it is recommended that you fill out the ADA Application in addition to the Medical Assistance application.
If you are 18 – 64 years of age it is recommended that you also fill out the PWD Application.
If you are over 65 years of age, it is recommended that you also fill out the Senior Shared Ride Application.
