We’re Continuing to Make Improvements to Your Service!

RRTA’s Route & Schedule changes have been APPROVED by South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) for Red Rose Transit bus service to be implemented on Monday, September 14, 2026. 

The APPROVED changes were presented to the SCTA Board at the July 15, 2026 Board Meeting. The approved  changes are based off compiled customer comments submitted through phone calls, emails, social media comments and outreach events throughout 2026. The approved changes were discussed  and created from meetings with the 2026 Route & Schedule Team, consisting of Operator, and Administrative Staff representation.

A 30 Day comment period was held. A public hearing was also held on Monday, July 13, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at RRTA Operations Center, 45 Erick Road, Lancaster, PA 17601.

RRTA Ride Guide booklets will updated and printed. New Ride Guides will be available at the end of August.
