REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

PENSION INVESTMENT SERVICES
The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is seeking proposals to perform Pension Investment Services on behalf of Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA’s) Union Pension Plan for a five (5) year agreement subject to annual renewal. Proposals will be accepted at SCTA’s offices at 45 Erick Road, Lancaster, PA 17601 until 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, on Friday, October 27, 2023.

All proposals and agreements are subject to all applicable state and federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between RRTA, the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

Proposers will be required to comply with all applicable non-collusion, non-discrimination, contractor integrity and lobbying laws and regulations and to certify they are not on the Comptroller General’s list of ineligible contractors.

SCTA/RRTA solicits and encourages disadvantaged business enterprise participation. DBE’s shall be afforded full consideration of their response and will not be subject to discrimination.
SCTA/RRTA reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, or to waive informalities as it deems to be in its best interest.
