Rt. 16/Millersville Construction Detour

The final phase of the West Frederick Street/South Duke Street infrastructure and road improvement project will begin on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 in Millersville Borough.

West Frederick Street will be closed between South Prince Street and South Duke Street.  The project is expected to be completed in 2-3 months.

The Route 16/Millersville bus will detour in Millersville as follows:

Outbound:  Regular Route to West Frederick Street and then left on S. Prince Street to right on Elizabeth Street to left on S. Duke Street to regular route to the end of route at Lee & Hillview.

Inbound:  Regular route.

Note that two bus stops will be missed due to this detour; the 115 W. Frederick Stop, and the stop at S. Duke & W. Frederick Streets.

This detour will remain in effect until early October 2023.
