POSTPONED – Proposed Rate Increases for Queen Street Station Parking Garage
As of April 24, 2020, SCTA has decided to postpone the proposed rate increases for Queen Street Station until further notice. The public will have an opportunity to make any comments to the proposed changes prior to their approval. A public hearing date will be announced some time in the fall.
The original proposed parking garage rate changes are detailed below:
On March 18, 2020, The SCTA Board announced proposed rate changes for the RRTA Queen Street Station Parking Garage, located on the corner of Chestnut & Queen Streets, Lancaster. There are no changes to the hourly rates. They will remain at $2.00 for the first hour and $1.00 for each additional hour. Part of the proposed changes, is an increase in the Maximum Daily Rate from $14.00 to $15.00 and a Lost Ticket Charge would increase $1.00 to $15.00. The proposal also includes changes to the monthly parking rates.

Evening Special: $5.00 flat rate after 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, every evening, weekdays and weekends. ($1.00 Increase)
Parking Rates have not changed since the garage opened in June 2012.
