The tolling of Interstate 80 was expected to fund PA's transportation needs. Without it, the promise of PA's 2007 transportation funding law (Act 44) will not be fulfilled, leaving public transit systems without a secure, reliable funding source. RRTA encourages you to tell our lawmakers that we must make the necessary investment to improve PA's Transportation system.
