Technical Issues with RRTA’s IVR System

The RRTA IVR Phone System is having technical issues and has been disabled until the issue has been resolved.  The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone system allows customers to enter their bus stop # to get automated bus stop schedule information when they call RRTA.  RRTA is working on researching the issue to find a solution.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
