Access to Jobs Programs

Programs Eligibility & Scheduling

September 15, 2010
At this time, RRTA can no longer accept new customers to the Access to Jobs program due to limited grant funding.

Whether you work first, second, or third shift, the RRTA's Access to Jobs program can help with your transportation needs. The Access to Jobs program enables customers to travel to and from work at times when the bus system is not operating.

The Access to Jobs program encourages customers to use the RRTA fixed-route system for one part of their trip and the shared ride service for the other portion of the trip. The Access to Jobs program is limited to a 6 mile radius of Lancaster City and service is provided through one of RRTA's shared ride carriers in the metropolitan region of Lancaster.

Persons who are interested in reeving the service will need to complete an application to be approved for the program. To receive an application please call Red Rose Access at (717) 291-1243 or click here to download the application in Adobe PDF format.
