Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) is seeking applicants with strong customer service experience for full-time drivers.  PA Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brake Endorsement required.  Must be able to pass D.O.T. pre-employment physical and D.O.T. drug and alcohol testing.

Part-Time Bus Driver

With seventeen routes providing service throughout Lancaster County, RRTA offers a competitive starting rate of $17.40 per hour and opportunities for flexible schedules as a part-time Bus Driver.

The ideal candidates will have:

  • an excellent driving record
  • class B license with air brake/ passenger endorsement,
  • a high school diploma or equivalency and
  • will be at least 25 years of age.

Full-Time Garage Utility Worker – Posted June 28, 2017

Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) is currently accepting applications for FULL-TIME “GARAGE” UTILITY WORKER.  Valid PA Class “B” CDL with air brake endorsement required. This position requires the fueling and moving of transit buses and service vehicles. RRTA offers a competitive starting rate, excellent benefits and pension.
